Your mood is your responsibility

Often people blame others when they get frustrated or irritated. But seldom do they realise that they themselves are the reasons for their frustration.

I am a strong believer in the theory that "Your mood is your responsibility".
How you react to a situation depends on your thought process.
If certain situation demands that you be angry, then it is justified.
But spoiling your mood just because someone else is having a bad day, is like paying price for someone else's mistake.

In order to have peace of mind even in a stressful environment, you should respond to situation rather than to react to situation.
During any tensed moment or situation, ask yourself
- Is it justified to be angry
- Is it worth spoiling your mood for the current situation
- What would be the outcome if you act otherwise.

Answers to the above questions could help you avoid your mood being domintated by the actions of others.
