Often we think about our failures/achievements of the past and wonder if they were that difficult.
I remember instances when i got scared of going out alone in the night, even in my neighbourhood. But today, I do not have the same fear. At that time, it seemed to be a big thing to go out alone, but today that seems very insignificant.
Are these fears true for our current fears/difficulties. If we can ignore those and proceed as if they are just another thing, will it make it easier to handle these difficult situation?
Do let me know your views/experiences about this...
