It had been long since Rahul "The Wall" Dravid scored a century, so today was a important day for him. The second test at Mohali could have been his last test if he failed here. After scoring a slow but steady 68 (205 balls) on first day, he finally mangaed to score a century during the first session of the second day. He got out for 136(328 balls).
Being a hard-core Dravid fan, I was wishing for a big score so that he still stays in international cricket. Who knows, a failure in this test could have meant curtains-down for Rahul Dravid. But now it seems he will be in the next series in New Zealand....
So it seems that my intrest in Test cricket will continue for some more months..(or may be years)
Great going Dravid..
