New Resolution

Two day back (20-Dec-2008), we had been to a friends place for a get-together. There came up this dissussion about driking water while eating food. I drink a lot of water while eating, but do not drink at all at other times. Ideally,it is other way round. You should not drink water while eating, but at other times, you should have sufficient intake of water.
So, now I am wondering if I can get rid of this old habit of mine of drinking too much water during eating. Though I am not having any plans as to how to achieve it, but will consciously try to achieve it. Let me see if I can manage to do it.
