Tadasana or the Mountain pose is one of the basic postures of yoga.
Tada means a mountain. So in this post you stand still like a mountain.
1. Stand in samastithi. (stand straight with big toes of both feet touching each other)
2. Raise your arms slowly above your shoulders and strech them.
3. Both the hands are stretched completely above the shoulders and touch each other.
4. Breathe steadily and hold this posture for a minute.
This asana helps to corrects the posture.
