The importance of Discussions

Discussions are very important if you are developing a complex project.
There are many guys who are exceptionally brillaint, but they do not discuss enough. There could be many reasons for this such as the environment may not be good, they may not be comfortable with the team, they may think that others are not intelligent enough etc.
My experience says tha honest and sincere discussions produce astonishig results.
As the popular saying goes : Every complex problem has simple, easy to understand wrong solution.
I would, rather say that :
Most complex problems have simple,easy to understand elegant solutions.

There could be very simple ideas which one might overlook while solving complex problems.
Its only a matter of good discussion with team mates and you could hit upon the right solution.
