Paneer Bhujiya for 2 persons
1. Ingredients
1/2 capsicum - cut lenghtwise
1 onion - cut lenghtwise
1-2 green chillies, 1/2 packet paneer, spices
2. Heat little oil in a pan. After it heats up, and add Cumin seeds and mustard seeds and wait until they splutter
3. Add onion and half tsp of ginger garlic pasted and salt according to taste
4. after the onions become golden brown, add green chillies
5. add the following spices according to taste/liking
turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and little lime juice
6. Add the chopped capsicum to the pan
7. Mix well and cover the pan with the lid (to make capsicum soft) for 4-5 minutes. Keep mixing it intermittently
8. Switch off the gas and let it cool down.(15-2o mins or even more if needed)
9 Crush the paneer with hand and add it to the pan.
Paneer bhujiya is ready to be served !!!
