Quick Rasam

Note : 1 Tsp refers to 1 tablespoon (very very small,not the normal one)

Steps:
1. Take 3-4 small tsp oil in a pan and heat it
2. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds (Jeera & Mori) and wait untill the splutter
3. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 small tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp corinder powder, 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp rasam powder, 1/" tsp red chilli powder. Stir well
4 . Add about 1-2 glasses of water
5. Add tamarind paste or tamarind water, 1-2 tsp of sugger or jaggery

Rasam is ready to be served !!!!
