Recipe - Cabbage Sabzi

1. Cut cabbage and 1-2 onions into small pieces
2. Heat little oil in a pan. After it heats up, and add Cumin seeds and mustard seeds and wait until they splutter
3. Add onions to the pan.
4 After frying the onions for a while, add the following ingredients according to your taste/liking
ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masal, red chilli powder, salt.
Mix it well to make a uniform mixture
5. After a few minutes, add cabbage.
6. Mix it well. Reduce the flame and cover it with a lid. Keep it closed for few minutes (until it becomes soft). Do remember to mix intermittently.

The sabzi is ready to be served (with rotis or parathas) !!!
