Jal neti

Jal neti is the process of cleaning the nasal path using the flow of water (warm water containig non-iodised salt). This is an ancient yoga techniques used by yoga practitioners. The process is simple, yet extremely effective.

For performing Jal neti, it is very important that you use a jal neti pot.Please do not try it with normal bottles/vessels as it would be difficult to get the proper flow of water. I had to search a bit for Jal neti pot in helsinki / Espoo, but I found one at "Life store" (at Hakkaneimi metro station in Helsinki).

The process is really very simple.You can get a lot of videos over the net.
If you have sinus related problems, persistent headaches,cold, allergies etc, you can definately try Jal neti.
