Water Therapy
Recently visted my friend's place where he mentioned about water therapy.
The therapy is very simple :
When you wake up in the morning, drink 4 glasses* of clean drinking water. Don't eat or drink anything for the next 30-45 minutes.
Initially you may have problems in drinking 4 glasses in one go. But it can be done by taking a couple of minutes gap in between.
Seems simple enough :) It is said that water therapy has a lot of benefits (search the net), but I am not sure if they have been proved.
Nevertheless, I am still going to try it for a few weeks to see if it works for me.
* The therapy procedure mentions that you should drink ~1.5L of water, but too much of water can cause hyperhydration or water poisioning,so I would rather drink only 4 glasses of water.
