Recipe: Alu paratha

  1. Boil 4-5 potatoes (2 whistles in pressure cooker)
  2. Make the dough for making chappatis.
  3. After the potatoes are boiled, peel them and mash them to make a paste. Add salt, Jeera powder, Dhaniya, Mirchi (green chillies finely cut), Pudina, Ajwain. Mix the mixture properly and make small balls
  4. Make small balls from the dough. Roll them a bit and put the pototo ball into it. Then roll like  parathas and heat on the pan (tava)
